🏡 Guests can choose from three individually designed residences. Payanke is a spacious two-bedroom penthouse accommodating up to four guests, with an open-plan living area and beautiful sea and mountain views. Vev is a bright one-bedroom apartment featuring a private balcony, mountain scenery and partial views of Beau Vallon Bay. Katiti is a charming one-bedroom duplex showcasing local timber finishes, handcrafted details and balconies overlooking Mahé’s lush mountains.

🍳 Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable open-plan living spaces, allowing guests to enjoy the freedom and convenience of a home-away-from-home. Air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi help ensure a comfortable and connected stay throughout your holiday.

👨‍👩‍👧 Cove Holiday Apartments also offers flexible arrangements for families. Baby cots are available upon request, while sofa beds can be prepared for children staying in selected residences, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Guests are required to provide their expected arrival time in advance.

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 3 years and above are charged as adults.

Children aged 0–2 years may use a baby cot upon request at a charge of €10 per child, per night.

An extra bed may be provided for children aged 2–7 years upon request at a charge of €20 per child, per night.

Cots and extra beds are subject to availability and are not automatically included in the accommodation price.

Vev and Katiti apartments are primarily designed for two guests. A sofa bed can be arranged for a child upon request and for an additional fee.

The Payanke two-bedroom residence accommodates up to four guests, with flexible bedding arrangements available upon request.

Maximum occupancy depends on the accommodation selected. Guests must provide the correct number of adults and children, including the ages of all children, when making the reservation.

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

Pets are not permitted.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Special requests, including bedding configurations, baby cots and additional sleeping arrangements, are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property.
