Crystal Reef Bookings is a trading name of Raphael Pierre Payet, who operates in the Republic of Seychelles under Commission Agent (Tourism Related Activities) Licence No. 926592 . Your contract is with him, trading as Crystal Reef Bookings.

We act as a booking agent: we arrange excursions, transportation, and related tourism services, which are delivered by independent operators. We are not the provider of those services. See section 9 below.

2. Booking Requests & Confirmation

All bookings made through this website are considered booking requests only and are subject to availability.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive a final written confirmation via email from Crystal Reef Bookings.

Availability may vary depending on:

• Weather conditions
• Service availability
• Operational schedules
• Third-party partner availability

3. Communication & WhatsApp Consent

By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to be contacted through WhatsApp, telephone, or email for the purpose of facilitating your booking, reservation updates, confirmations, scheduling, and customer support.

WhatsApp communication may be used until your booking is finalized and a final confirmation email has been sent.

4. Payments

Crystal Reef Bookings does not accept online payments through this website.

All payments are completed onsite directly at the time of service or according to the agreed booking arrangement.

Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Where this applies, the deposit will be arranged accordingly at the time of booking.

Available payment methods may include:

• Other methods when applicable

Please note that not all services or operators may accept every payment method . Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the booked service.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on seasonal conditions, availability, or customized booking requests.

Cancellation or modification requests should be communicated as early as possible.

Crystal Reef Bookings will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Reef Bookings acts as a booking and coordination service.

We shall not be held liable for:

• Weather disruptions
• Sea or transport delays

• Events outside our reasonable control

While we strive to ensure high-quality service, some excursions and transportation services may be operated by independent third-party operators.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, branding, logos, images, and design elements remain the property of Crystal Reef Bookings unless otherwise stated.

Some images and videos on this website are used from licensed sources and remain the property of their respective owners.
